The stages of providing a service consist, in general, of reviewing the request, verifying the requirements, completing the procedures, and following up on performance until the end of the agreed scope of work.
Submitting a service request does not constitute a guarantee of its approval by government or regulatory authorities, as final decisions are subject to the powers of the competent authorities.

The timeframe may be affected by the procedures of the competent authorities, requests to complete data, regulatory updates or technical failures beyond AKFEEK’s control.
The Establishment takes care to inform the Client of any material delay that may affect completion of the service.
13. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund requests are subject to the following provisions:
First: Non-Performance of the Service for a Reason Attributable to AKFEEK
If the Client requests a refund of the full amount paid as a result of the service not being performed for a reason attributable to AKFEEK, the Establishment shall return the amount paid for the service within a period not exceeding 15 business days from the date on which the refund request is approved, without prejudice to the Client’s statutory rights.
Second: Ineligibility of the Client in Individual Services
If performance of the procedures has begun and it becomes apparent that the Client is not eligible to obtain the service under the regulatory requirements, the Client is entitled to request a refund of 50% of the amount paid for AKFEEK’s fees, after the reason for the ineligibility has been verified.
Third: Withdrawal from the Service Without a Legal Reason
If the Client withdraws from the service request after performance has begun, without a clear and substantiated legal reason that AKFEEK can verify, the Client is not entitled to a refund of the amounts paid for the service fees, to the extent that this does not conflict with the Client’s rights established by law.
Fourth: Other Cases
Other cases of cancellation and refund are subject to the agreed scope of work, the stage of performance, the work completed and the applicable laws.
Refunded amounts do not include government fees or fees of the relevant authorities that have already been paid, and the possibility of recovering those fees is subject to the laws and policies adopted by the authorities concerned.

AKFEEK provides the services of coordination, follow-up and completion of procedures within the agreed scope of work.
Decisions to issue licenses, permits and approvals, to refuse them or to request their amendment remain within the competence of the authorities concerned.
Provision of the service does not constitute a guarantee that a particular approval or decision will be issued, and this does not relieve AKFEEK of its liability for any breach of its contractual obligations or negligence proven to have occurred on its part.
16. Failure of Electronic Systems and Platforms
If performance of the service is affected by technical failures or a temporary outage of government platforms or of the systems of the relevant authorities, this may result in an adjustment of the expected timeframe for performance.
